All pricing listed is PER SUITE. With the exception of McFeetors Hall apartments, all housing options are single occupancy only. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

- Fall 2012: September 1–December 22
- Winter 2013: January 1–April 26
- Spring/Summer 2013: May 1–August 25

‡ The contract for McFeetors Hall Dorms is until the end of Winter Term: residents moving in for Fall term must stay for both Fall and Winter terms. All McFeetors Hall apartments contracts are until the end of Spring/Summer term: residents moving in at the beginning of Fall Term must stay for three terms, which is a full year.
